General Terms

Services are available to businesses and individuals able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using metaprofix services you represent that you meet eligibility requirements and have authority to agree to these terms on behalf of any organization you represent.

Users must be of legal age to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction. For business accounts, the individual registering must have authority from the organization to bind that organization to these terms.

You agree to use metaprofix services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include activities that violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or compromise metaprofix systems.

Access to and use of certain metaprofix services may be restricted in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with local law and any export controls that may apply.

To access certain features you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate information. Account registration grants access to customer portals, project management tools, and communication channels necessary for service delivery.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate information and keep your account details up to date. metaprofix is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect information supplied by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify metaprofix immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement industry-standard security measures but your cooperation is required to protect credentials and access.

Accounts, credentials, and subscriptions are non-transferable except where explicitly agreed in writing by metaprofix. Any attempted transfer without consent may result in suspension.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at contact@metaprofix.click so we can take prompt steps to secure your account and advise on next steps.

metaprofix may suspend or restrict access to services for accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or for non-payment. We will provide notice when feasible unless immediate action is necessary to protect systems or users.

metaprofix provides tailored software development, integration, and consulting services for businesses, delivered according to project scope and agreed timelines. Deliverables and service levels are set out in project proposals, statements of work, or subscription descriptions.

We may modify features, components, or availability of services to improve security, performance, or compliance. Material changes affecting existing paid services will be communicated in advance where practicable.

metaprofix uses reasonable efforts to maintain availability of hosted services but may experience downtime for maintenance or due to events beyond our control. Service-level commitments, if any, are described in separate service agreements.

When using metaprofix services you must comply with the following rules. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access.

• Do not use services for unlawful activities, including fraud, funds laundering, or infringement of intellectual property.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, or probing of metaprofix systems or other users' accounts.
• Do not distribute malware, spam, or bulk unsolicited messages through metaprofix infrastructure.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from metaprofix software unless explicitly permitted.
• Do not impersonate other individuals, misrepresent your affiliation, or transmit false information.
• Comply with reasonable usage limits and API rate restrictions; abusive or excessive use may be throttled.
• Respect privacy and data protection obligations when processing personal data obtained via metaprofix services.

User Content means any data, code, documents, or materials you upload, submit, or store using metaprofix services. You retain ownership of your User Content subject to the rights you grant below.

You retain all ownership rights in the User Content you provide. metaprofix does not claim ownership of your data, except as necessary to provide and improve services as described here.

By providing User Content you grant metaprofix a non-exclusive, worldwide, and limited license to use, store, transmit, and process that content to provide and maintain the services, to troubleshoot, and to comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of User Content with applicable laws and third-party rights. metaprofix is not responsible for User Content and may remove content that violates these terms.

metaprofix may remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms, that poses a security risk, or in response to a valid legal request. We will notify account administrators where feasible.

All metaprofix activity, software, documentation, and other proprietary content are the intellectual property of metaprofix or its licensors. Except as expressly granted, no rights or licenses are conveyed to users.

• Do not copy, modify, or distribute metaprofix proprietary software or documentation except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on metaprofix materials.
• Seek written permission before referencing metaprofix activity or using metaprofix branding in your materials.

Certain metaprofix offerings are provided for a fee. Paid services are subject to the pricing, payment, and subscription terms set out in your invoice, quote, or subscription agreement.

Prices for services are specified in the applicable order, proposal, or subscription plan. Fees do not include applicable taxes unless stated. metaprofix will invoice in the currency indicated in the order.

Payments are due according to the terms on your invoice. Accepted payment methods and billing cycles are described during purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each term unless canceled according to the cancellation policy. Renewal terms and pricing are described in your subscription agreement.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with the terms of the applicable order or subscription agreement. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To cancel a subscription, follow the procedure in your account settings or provide written notice as specified in your agreement. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on metaprofix's net revenue. metaprofix will collect taxes where required by law.

metaprofix may adjust pricing for services with advance notice for subscription renewals. Price changes for active subscriptions will be communicated prior to the renewal date.

If payment is overdue, metaprofix may suspend access pending resolution. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and collection actions where appropriate.

Services and deliverables are provided to customers based on project specifications and current capabilities. metaprofix makes no representations about specific business outcomes; customers should evaluate suitability for their needs and rely on their own professional judgment when implementing software solutions.

To the extent permitted by law, metaprofix's liability for direct damages arising out of the provision of services is limited to fees actually paid by the customer to metaprofix in the 12 months preceding the claim. metaprofix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

metaprofix may integrate or interoperate with third-party services and libraries. Use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms. metaprofix is not responsible for third-party functionality, availability, or compliance.

Either party may terminate the relationship in accordance with the notice and termination provisions in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. metaprofix may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.

Upon termination, metaprofix will cease providing services and may delete or archive customer data according to its data retention policy. Customers should export needed data prior to termination where permitted by the agreement.

metaprofix handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at metaprofix.click/privacy. Use of services constitutes acceptance of the practices described in that policy.

Notices to customers may be sent via email or postal mail to the contact information provided for the account. Important service communications may be provided through the account dashboard and are considered delivered when posted.

metaprofix may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts for disputes not resolved by other means described below.

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be pursued through the courts in Thailand. Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may apply where agreed in writing.
